As far as removing the ACL and putting back things to appropriate defaults:

nfs4xdr_setfacl -b '/mnt/Fast Storage/'
chmod 755 '/mnt/Fast Storage/'

What’s the -b in that command? I’m trying it myself, and it doesn’t exist.

It means “blank”, essentially remove/strip all ACL for that dataset. Are you running as root? You may need to use sudo.
