I had nginx-proxy-manager up and running and all was good. Then I messed some things up and decided to delete the app and start again. I also deleted the images and volumes.
Since then I seem to be unable to recreate it. It generally hangs on “App installation in progress, pulling images”. The app actually appears in the app list at some point, but won’t start. In /var/log/app_lifecycle.log I see [2025/05/28 17:10:56] (ERROR) app_lifecycle.compose_action():56 - Failed 'up' action for 'nginx-proxy-manager' app: Timed out waiting for response, but no further details.
Are there any better ways to debug/diagnose what’s going on?
I had the idea to try to recreate it with a new/unique name which seems to have made it appear back on the apps page immediately rather than hanging on install. However, it is stuck on ‘deploying’. The npm logs (via the button in the UI) display:
