OneDrive sync: If you have a Personal Vault, it won't sync any of your files

For some reason, my OneDrive acquired a Personal Vault. This breaks the new OneDrive support which will enumerate all the files and then stop with an error message I don’t recall.

The fix was simple: add “Personal Vault/” to the exclude list and all was fine since then.
