Organize and Folderize Applications

Problem/Justification
(What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature/improvement or why should it be considered?)

If you are like me with way too many applications (I think I have like 50 now) it can be a bit tedious to scroll through the whole list looking for what you want to stop or edit or whatever, especially for something like the *arr stack and its supporting applications since they are spread all over the place.

Impact
(How is this feature going to impact all TrueNAS users? What are the benefits and advantages? Are there disadvantages?)

People with both an excessive amount and normal amount of applications would appreciate being able to declutter and organize the application screen.

User Story
(Please give a short description on how you envision some user taking advantage of this feature, what are the steps a user will follow to accomplish it)

Applications could be organized/folderized/categorized/whateverized to enable it being like a directory tree to declutter the main view and also quickly start/stop/upgrade a whole “folder” of applications if needed. You should be able to both do custom named folders and also just automatically place them in generated category folders based on their category in the catalogue. Folders should also be able to have checkboxes themselves to be able to mass select all of the apps they contain for a bit of convenience and speed.
