Plex Movies Low Quality ElectricEel-24.10.1

i set up a New Truenas Scale Server with Plex, now if i look any Movie (1080p or 4K) on my TV with the Plex App all Videos are only in SD Quality.

I tryed some different things but nothing worked, what i saw was if i uncheck the Relay option, i cant reach the Server anymore so my TV says no Server available.

What i saw too, Plex Server hast 172.16.1.2 IP
My Server has 192.168.2.121
My TV has 192.168.2.155

Someone have an Idea ?

I think you are probably not using direct play… so the bandwidth Is limited.
As far i remember from my experience with plex, you probably can confirm that in the dashboard, during a stream, or for sure using tautulli

i tried something else.
I deactivated Remote Funktion and add the Server IP manual in my TV Plex app and Now its working in full 4K :slight_smile:

i was pointing to this xD but i called it in different way. Glad you fix :smiley:

And now i fix it complet, just check the Checkbox of Host Network at installation and the Plex server get the Same IP as the actually Server himself.
