I would suggest reaching out to Klennet for answers since it is their software. Did you let it run a whole scan to see if it sees any files?
I was hoping @HoneyBadger would have posted by now

My tough is:
If the data exist on the disk and my Pool exist on truenas but it doesnāt recognize maybe itās a truenas issues ?
So I donāt understand why asking Klennet would help me ?
Their job and software is data recovery. I donāt know what you did to your disk nor if it is even fixable for TrueNAS and ZFS to see the data. You would need to figure out if it worth spending money on their software to attempt recovering that data.
It may be easy to fix the data disk and partitions for ZFS but I have no experience doing that. I donāt even know where to look for what commands to attempt.
Thatās my point except unplug for testing disk sanity (with a software) I didnāt do anything to it.
I see now the point asking Klennet thanks for explanation.
If someone know if it is possible to check get the pool back with command line I would appreciate the help too.
thanks again for your time btw
