Problem related with permission

when I want to open or delete folder or anything it give me error (windows cannot access …path of folder)
but actually, there is 1 user create and have full access…. when I delete anything, it can delete it, but when I move specific folder and wanna open it or delete it give me same error, why?

we have a lot of projects on this folder and other folders.
please need help

I don’t think anyone will be able to help unless you first describe the server hardware and version of TrueNAS you are using, and what is the means of accessing the folders from Windows (SMB or other).
