Looks like the settings doesn’t persist and not an ixvolume or at least updating in the web doesn’t update the ixvolume. I see there is environmental variables but nowhere is it documented what all these are for their equivalent settings and I have tried without luck to guess them.
How are settings supposed to be persisted in the TrueNAS version of transmission?
I tried manually hacking the settings.json in the ixvolume while it works temporarilty the system keeps reverting ownership and changing it back to the default 
I also have this issue, I cannot change the storage from an ixvolume, and the additional issue linked I cannot see it says it is private: [NAS-125059] - iXsystems TrueNAS Jira
At any rate this doesn’t seem to have ever been resolved.
