TrueNas 24.04.1.1 Scale stuck after selecting in Grub

Good afternoon. We have a 4 bay TrueNas. All was working fine until two days ago. Then we noticed the network adapters were not online. Upon rebooting the system, they stayed down. I put a monitor on the TrueNas to see that once selecting TrueNas 24.04.1.1 in Grub, it starts to load then hangs on the screen below. I have tried to select 24.4.0 neither of the OS load. 24.4.0 gives an error that Kernel panic not syncing. Is there a way to recover from this? I would like to try and recover the config files so that I can reload the OS and recover my zpool and the data in it. Below is what is showing on the screen after selecting 24.04.1.1. Any ideas?
Thank you for you help.

It seems likely to be a boot drive issue.

Can you test with only boot drive installed or replace with another boot drive?
