Strange thing that radian does not provide any info about the unit ( besides the 2 page pdf ) unless you sign an NDA

Similar problem with Microsemi/PMC-Sierra with their NV-series RAM cards - at least Radian provides the backup-to and restore-from NAND features automatically.
