New NAS / Home Server build - did I miss anything?

Hello all, thank you for this community, reading posts here helped a lot in planning my build. I pulled the trigger on a bunch of parts and want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Hardware Selection for first Home NAS

Virtualize TrueNAS

Hey everyone! I’ve build a server, lunched a Hyper V, and than virtualized TrueNAS Scale. Everything is working fine accept that I just cant figure out the network part yet. When I change my TrueNAS IP to static IP (something close to the current ip ) it becomes inaccessible over new ip! I’ve tried several times according to TrueNAS videos and instructions and it just doesn’t work. It’s accessible by new ip when I set a static IP. So I continue using TrueNAS over DHCP and dynamic ip.
