It looks like it’s attempting to boot from your volumes at the very top of the first screenshot, but the reference to the volumes look weird, almost all zeroes. Are they properly linked to the VM? Unfortunately I have not moved to 25.04 myself yet, so I am not sure what is normal and what is not.
Everything past the “iPXE” bit is the VM trying to boot from network sources and failing, which is to be expected since you’re not trying to network boot.
