Upgrading TrueNas 13 to 25

I started using Freenas and just upgraded TrueNas 13. I want to upgrade to 25. I was reading that I can install 25 then Import my configuration and passwords. Will this break my current raid that I have on the TrueNas server

Only if your pools use Geli Encryption, because it’s not supported on Truenas CE (formerly known as Scale).
You’d have to remove the Encryption before updating.

Thank you that has been my biggest concern about the up. I have not encrypted my drives

If you can use a separate SSD to install truenas 25 and keep your old boot disk. If it fails you can easily swap back
