Virtual Machine Resolution Stuck at 1280x800 in Spice

Hello,

I am porting a Windows Virtual Machine from an Incus container to a Virtual Machine in 25.04.2. I finally got everything working, but when I connect to the VM with Spice the resolution is stuck at 1280x800. When I added the display device through the UI I set the resolution to a different value, but that gets ignored.

Is there a way to set the resolution for the Spice client to a different value? It should be possible and it looks like the hooks are in the UI, but I can’t get it to work.

Have you tried setting it in the TrueNAS VM GUI? Devices > Display > Edit > Resolution

Yes, it is currently set to 1920x1080, but it seems to ignore that.
