VPN for outbound connections for storj backup

Hi, I am running 25.04.2.1 and recently my local ISP Telefonica in SPain has somehow deleted the route to gateway.storjshare.io. So I can no longer successfully run my cloud backup tasks.

I cannot even access the storage bucket on my storj account locally except through VPN (NordVPN).

This is a networking issue not a storj or truenas problem.

I am thinking that if I can get the cloud backup to run over VPN I can get a successful route to gateway.storjshare.io, exactly as I can when I use VPN on my other computers.

My local router does not have VPN.

So my question is can I get truenas scale backup to run over VPN somehow?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The route to storj is not deleted, it’s blocked because of this issue

And as far as i understood it a vpn propably won’t help because isps started to block them too (but i may be wrong, someone may have to confirm that)
