Has anyone got Nextcloud running on TrueNAS Scale, behind HA Proxy running on pfSense?
I could use a hand with what the correct setup for getting it to work with reverse proxy looks like, such as what I need to put in Additional Environment Variables.
I too am fighting the same issue. am hopeing someone will get this issue fixed but im thinking this is a TN scale issue
I had it working behind HA Proxy but due to issues with my new ISP (Starlink and their use of Carrier Grade NAT - CGNAT) I had to migrate away from HA Proxy. Now I’m using Cloudflare for access which IMO is so much easier to get working. Using the Cloudflare app I setup a tunnel from my TrueNAS box to Cloudflare and then set up the systems I want access to via their native (my network) IPs and ports and Cloudflare takes care of all the security and overheard. The only caveat I’ve found to this is that I had to move my Domain from where I had it at Namecheap over to Cloudflare for DNS. However in the long run this has proven better with all the DNS security I have gained.
