Include newer firmware

Problem/Justification With Truenas Scale 26 the updated kernel supports the Realtek RTL8127 chip(can’t link it, but there was another feature request for getting the driver included) but the firmware file which is referenced in the driver for it is missing, resulting in the NIC being limited to 5GBit instead of the 10GBit possible.
