Include newer firmware

Problem/Justification

With Truenas Scale 26 the updated kernel supports the Realtek RTL8127 chip(can’t link it, but there was another feature request for getting the driver included) but the firmware file which is referenced in the driver for it is missing, resulting in the NIC being limited to 5GBit instead of the 10GBit possible.

I confirmed this is working by manually copying the firmware file(rtl8127a-1.fw) from a newer debian realtek-firmware package on the the system. After which the firmware will be loaded and a 10G link is established and working(confirmed with iperf3)

Impact

newer firmware enabling full use of new NIC.

User Story

This would enable the use of the new and fairly cheap 10GBit Realtek NIC, which while it works is currently limited to 5GBit.

And I would update the subject line on this post to indicate this is Realtek firmware. The current subject is vague.
