App's No longer listed, but are still active and working?

Hopefully in the correct area,
orignally setup through hexos, but during the beta the panel wasnt able to be access for a while and I kind of never went back to it and just learned to do stuff via truenas itself.

truenas/hexos both say there is currently no apps installed, but apps are running and are definitely there, was fine 2 days ago, I have a HDD I need to replace, is there anyway to backup all the settings just to make sure I don’t lose all that at least?

the latest error I’ve had and can’t seem to find much on is “Quota exceeded on dataset HDDs/.system/cores. Used 100.00% (1 GiB of 1 GiB).” - unsure how to access this or clear this?

Truenas is also trying to get me to create a new pool, when all my folders etc are already there, hexos shows the storage pool still there but just degraded because I need to replace a drive, I have a spare drive ready to go, just want to make sure I backup something in case it doesn’t work correctly?

I’ve seen a “Export/disconnect pool: HDDs” but what’s the correct way to do it? (if needed)

any help greatly appricated

I’m guessing you are on a 24.10 or 25.04 release?

For the pool in which the HDD is that needs replacing: What pool topology are you using? Stripe, Mirror, RAIDZ1, 2 or 3?
