Apps service stopped by move to Starlink

I have just changed ISP from BT Broadband (in the UK) to Starlink. Everything seems to be working ok apart from the Apps service, which has not started. The NAS is plugged in directly to the Starlink router. Does anyone have any advice regarding how I can resolve this? Thanks.

Can you ping the internet from the NAS?

Is your NAS network setup correctly IP, Default Gateway, DNS settings?

Hi, yes I can ping google.com

gateway address is updated in global network settings (192.168.1.1)

The important question is how did you have your system set up? Do you have network bridges, etc. It may be worth it to review everything and set up the networking again.
We are guessing without a lot of your details, otherwise.

Solved:

In Apps / Configuration / Settings I changed the Base IP subnet by one and saved it, after a minute the whole thing sprang into life.
