Getting this error when trying to turn off a cloud sync task. In the midst of moving data and disks around. I don’t see a reason why this needs to fail, why does it have to verify the path to turn off? I just want to turn it off temporarily!
Cloud sync tasks getting stuck like that can be really annoying. I’ve seen cases where the UI shows the task as active even after disabling it, especially if something hung in the background job. Restarting the service or the system sometimes clears it. Also worth checking the task status in the logs to see what the scheduler is actually doing.
