Continuous writing activity on the boot disk every second

That’s why I mentioned that in the CORE version is fine, and I don’t see any activity.
But here, it’s not occasional activity; it’s constant writing.
Is there any way to fix this?
I’m also curious to know if this problem is observed by everyone or only in certain setups.
