No, once again - once the value starts going down there’ll be a hex value generated at the end. The actual 100 100 will change as the remaining life goes down. See the example with the WD Blue ssd.

The ‘009 009’ used to be ‘100 100’ several years ago.
If we go back to @MSameer 's post that he linked from a while back, it confirms that the ‘100 100’ will change as the drive gets used:
Maybe that is a slightly bad example as that drive did indeed die if you follow that thread
Anyway - some drives report starting at ‘100 100’ and then count down. Others report at 0% used & then count upwards. IMO, everything is fine.
