Steps
I tried just moving the (all) drives from TS to PS but the system (different PERC did not see the drives). The system would not even boot.

I did a fresh install (EletctricEel) on PS.
Powered off both TS, PS
Installed the pool drives from TS to PS
Pools did not show via CLI on PS.
I believe my issue is the PERC cards but cannot swap them

Should I just Export/Disconnect both pools using ONLY the Export/Disconnect box selected or would this be better accomplished via CLI?

The PERC cards are full RAID controllers and as a general rule, don’t play well with TrueNAS. They can work in passthrough mode, but in my experience there’s almost always some weirdness.

You want the HBA330 which works with TrueNAS out of the box, no cross flashing needed.

If you are stuck with the RAID cards, then you are likely out of luck.

I did do the export via the GUI on the TS and the drives did not show up either via GUI or CLI.
Unfortunately, I only have the 2 PERC cards, so it looks like a fresh install will be the only way to do this. Fortunately, I do have some spare drives that I can rsync the data over.
