Docker login - What am I doing wrong?

Hello all,

I’m using several apps, and for quite some time I have been receiving this error:

(ERROR) docker_image.check_update():37 - \[EFAULT\] Unable to retrieve latest image digest for registry=registry-1.docker.io image=library/act-dc563d9c9574d6e5e4c420078f61a84c68c5c860586a5896a096e1d418f92a2e-dockeraction tag=latest: 401, message=‘Unauthorized’, url=‘https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/act-dc563d9c9574d6e5e4c420078f61a84c68c5c860586a5896a096e1d418f92a2e-dockeraction/manifests/latest’

Also when I edit an app, I’m always getting “Docker Hub Rate Limit Warning”:

User limit to Docker Hub has almost been reached or has already been reached. The installation process may stall as images cannot be pulled. The current limit will be renewed in less than 5 seconds. The application can still be staged for installation.
You can alleviate rate limiting issues by signing in with Docker Hub.

I haven’t found any solution to this, even though I am authenticated to Docker hub with an account that is not subject to Docker’s pull usage and limits.

Neither the forum or Google helped find a solution. How can I troubleshoot and fix this?

Thank you

Have you a custom app installed, or even installed an app that point to that image?
I think that you can simply fix purging this image, if unused

The image may be coming from Gitlab Act runner, I will try to remove it and see what happens.
I’m pretty certain it will not fix TrueNAS say docker hub rate limit was exceeded, right?
Just because there is no limit once logged in with a unlimited docker account.

Cheers
