Does TruNAS have driver Support for Intel E610 10Gb LAN adapter card?
Assuming everything on my network was 10Gb, would a LAN card that was PCIe 3.0 vs PCIe 4.0 provide a speed difference?
Search for what driver that card requires under Linux. ixgbe is a normal, listed driver for most of those Intel 10Gbps NICS and is included in TrueNAS already.
On an Intel driver page for the E610 it says the following so I think it will work.
