"[EFAULT] Docker service is not running"

Hey, I can’t install apps! There is some issue. Does anyone know why?

No - nobody will know why.

Why will nobody know why?

Because you haven’t given any details that will help anyone work out what is going wrong much less why.

Did you try turning it off and back on again?

When I were a lad, we used to fix t’tele’ by thoomping it on t’side. But we was lucky - many people didn’t 'ave tele’s or lectrickery. But yoong people t’day would never believe us.

Anyway, based on that experience, I think that doing the same to your NAS may be one way to try to fix it.

More information is needed.

EDIT: Never mind. More information was provided. I updated my post.

Now we’re talking! At first I was skeptical, but you delivered the goods. Since you mentioned there’s “some” issue, instead of “a” issue, it narrows down the troubleshooting substantially.

Formulating a solution. Please stand by…

Match your spin with the retrothrusters. Some will say it’s not possible, but it’s necessary.

All joking aside (maybe) I think it might be necessary to strip down the hardware to individual components, blow any dust off and reassemble. Then reinstall TrueNAS and recreate your data and reinstall your apps.

Once you have done this and reboot I think it highly likely that your apps will now still not be working.
