Will there be an official app for Euro-Office document server? It’s worth it to wait for it, or should I install it as a custom app?

Check the apps section of the truenas GitHub repo for an request to add the app. If there is none create one or (if you have the technical skills) you can add the app yourself

Our team has been working on this behind the scenes - I think we have a couple of upstream PR’s against the EuroOffice repo right now, because the way their Docker image is currently set up requires it to use a built-in DB (postgres, IIRC) rather than a separate container - which makes it a little harder to handle permissions-wise for a TrueNAS app.
We’ve got our eyes on this one, as we’re big on the whole “data sovereignty” thing
