I’ve run out of ideas or things to try for now.
I am thinking of reinstalling the whole computer at my mother’s place from scratch. After all, there were no problems before moving the computer to my mother’s place. At first, it looked like all was fine, and in a certain way it is. I do get SSH access, and I can execute replicate jobs to that computer. I hoped for a smooth switch replacing the computer to another physical place, using Tailscale. In a way it did, but in the deeper layers something went wrong that I’m not able, even with the great help of the community, to repair.
Finally I did do a new and fresh installation with 25.10 in my mother’s place. All working fine now. With Tailscale and the appstore running fine. Tonight my first replication task is pushed towards my mother’s place.
