Having installed Windows Server 2025 inside a VM in Fangtooth (25.04.1) with all virtio drivers, the VM has 100% CPU usage on one core only from interrupts. This results in qemu-system-x86 using 100% of one CPU core in TrueNAS as well.
I’ve manually added image.os: Windows inside the config block in the VM’s config file, which did remove some devices that Windows didn’t have drivers for, but didn’t help against the interrupts.
I’ve tried to run WPR/WPA, but could only trace this to ntoskrnl, which doesn’t really help me much.
