Related to this post User rights on SMB share - #3 by Ed57gmc . Before I started messing with permissions, my son had put one file in his personal folder. Now, no one can do anything with it. Windows says it needs administrator permission. How can I change ownership for this one file?
I figured this one out too, using Copilot. I edited the acl and checked the option to do it recursively. This changed the ownership of the problem file.
