SMB share not accessible (before it was)

So I’ve got TrueNAS scale version 25.04.1, I have created a Plex dataset and all of my folders and files within the dataset work perfectly as I’m the owner and granted full access.

the “@owner” is me, I censored my name

Although I added new files (and folders) yesterday and since that I’m not able to move, copy and rename them since “I need permissions”

It says “You need permission to execute this action (renaming said file) and that I need to ask for access” even though I am connected the right way to my SMB share.

I can’t even access some of my folders, it can be translated as "Windows can’t get access to [my folder]

Also, “fun thing”, my Plex doesn’t recognize nor scans for the new files

To give new info : When I look at my files already existing have my per
missions existing already, but the new ones have no user permissions

So it says permission to write and read (old file)

This one doesn’t (new file)

Thanks for any help given in advance

How did you configure the SMB Share? Did you enable “Enable ACL” in the share’s options?

This should be it right?
Because it worked before

Although this is restricted, it should be like it?

Not the dataset properties. The SMB Share’s options.

ACL seems to be enabled by default

Nevermind

Edit : my temp fix to rename and move my files is to grant Windows access to every file, but it’s still not recognized by Plex.

I thought it could’ve also been the encode but I’ve got AVC and HEVC files and the new ones are AVC, they should work.
