Free starter TrueNas server platform

I just finished a long overdue upgrade of my original FreeNAS/TruerNAS server. While I have been using it for many years, it still work perfectly fine.

I would like to gift this to someone just starting out with TrueNAS. It is not really worth selling and since it’s Christmas, I thought it would be cool to get someone a solid start.

Supermicro DDR3 motherboard (it came from the old hardware requirements list X15F or something I do not remember sorry)

32gb DDR3 ECC memory

Xeon 1351 cpu (again do not remember the exact number but it’s an older one obviously)

Please do not be that guy just to get free stuff or resell it, it’s Christmas people don’t be a grinch.

All I ask is you pay for the shipping.

Good point, shipping USPS from San Antonio, TX 78229. My guess would be $20-30.
