im a newbie on this stuff the hotspare not detaching from pool after resilvering please help. is there any way to detached and make the hotspare available again?

This is expected behaviour.
The hot spare kicked in for a reason. It is the administrator’s duty (i.e. yours) to investigate why, evaluate the hardware and decide what to do. Detach the spare, detach the old drive, replace…
When you have decided, click on the appropriate three-dot menu in the above screen.
What version of TrueNAS are you running? There was a bug in older versions where hot-spares didn’t return after resilver.
You can manually detach from the CLI using the zpool detach poolname gptid/********
