Hourly email alerts not working after first mail

Hello,

The email alert " Pool space usage is above 80%" is set to “Hourly” frequency. I did receive the first mail but haven’t received any after the first hour. Please help.

By default I’m fairly sure this alert would not be hourly. If you’ve been informed that your pool is above 80% the next alert should be either 1. Saying your pool is no longer above 80% or 2. Your pool is now above 90% (assuming there is no 85% alert warning).

Am sure it’s set to Hourly. The only reason I want hourly mails is I get alot of general mails during the day and don’t want to miss out

Maybe it checks hourly, notifies just once, until 90% etc

As per the above link, the Set Frequency option Adjusts how often alert notifications are sent.

“if it is triggered” I don’t believe this means it will email you ever hour if you have hit 80% but instead you will get and email hourly if/once significant thresholds are reached be up above or below.
