Our pool has disappeared, it seems to need to be reset dault, but the two disk has our data, what should we do?
Please post a complete hardware list, TrueNAS version and your pool layout. What happened leading up to this? Did both disks disappear at once or did the pool become degraded with one disk active only?
I don’t know the pool layout.
Version:TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4
CPU:12th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i3-12100,Cores:4cores
The current situation is that the page shows that

This fault(in your screenshot) has nothing to do with the pool, it’s just because Truchsrts removed their catalogue from GitHub.
The second screenshot is showing Storage. You pool is showing online and about 21% used. Its name is E547 and has two disks
Server was running for about 34 minutes when you took the picture.
Does it look like there is no problem with the pool layout, connecting directly to the applications we are going to use, and I can use it ?
The pool looks fine from your screenshot. You can look at the files in the pool but I think you are fine using it.
If you move your mouse pointer to the E547 box, a button should appear on the right side for Pool Status. You can click on that to bring up more details on the pool
Yes, It shows the pool scrub finished. Your pool is a mirror an has two disks SDA and SDB. All disks and the pool are showing Online. Very good.
OK, thanks.
@yuting you in chinese? if this, you can use gitee mirror directory I created。

Just because you have a working mirror pool does NOT mean that your TrueNAS has been set up correctly - and having it set up correctly can prevent a shed-load of problems later on.
For example…
- Do you have SMART set up?
- Do you have scrubs set up?
- Do you have snapshots set up?
- Do you have the correct dataset structure for your needs?
- Are you running @joeschmuck 's Multi-Reports script?
So, now that you are reassured about your NAS pools being online, I would suggest that you avoid future difficulties by reading the documentation and getting more knowledgeable about TrueNAS and ZFS. ![]()
