It is legitimately HURTING me mentally. I’ve even lost focus on the original reason I even wanted to start this VM. Changing tabs and it NO LONGER ACCEPTS INPUTS. 3rd party client are a minor upgrade in QoL with barely any features (actually, no features. just shows the display), not even a way to enable regular copy and paste. My use case is outside of a containers but they were a bliss to use, actually one of the reason I upgraded to 25.04. It doesn’t make me hate my life.

May I recommend using a remote console protocol running in the guest OS and designed for the task - including remote audio, mapping of folders, printers, USB devices …
RDP does all of that. It’s builtin in Windows and can be added via the xrdp package in Linux. Desktop client software is available for Windows and Mac (from MS), and Linux (open source).
The console in the web UI - be it VNC or Spice - emulates a local graphics adapter, so no copy/paste etc. It’s really intended for installation only.
challenge is – this assumes the network is working correctly. There are some pretty good open source html consoles out there now days, maybe its worth looking into options that are a bit more stable and can provide a slight better experience – for example:
refresh doesn’t ask for password
switching between tabs doesn’t lose focus to the point where refresh is the only option
ability to have a menu that allows for rebooting without needing to go back to may virtual machine list
ability to mount a file (like an ISO) from the console screen to help with driver installs
All of these would be consider part of setup/installation which fits with what you were saying about the purpose of the console.
