Intel x520 does not work in SCALE 24.04.2

I want to upgrade my home networking to something faster than 1GbE. Bought some switches (4x2.5GbE + 2x10GbE), Intel x520 cards, fiber cables and SFP+ modules.

TrueNAS 24.04.2 sees the card:

But card does not work. Even with “ixgbe.allow_unsupported_sfp=1” kernel argument (which was not needed under Debian or Fedora).

I wonder where the problem is as card with the same SFP+ module and cable works fine when system boots into Debian with 6.10 or Fedora 39 with 6.5.2 kernels.

Any ideas?

Nevermind. Turned out that card needs to be enabled in TrueNAS settings to progress further…

Silly me.
