Looking for ddr4 ecc ram

Im looking to upgrade my ram to 128 GB ddr4 unbuffered ECC ram. To go with a
SUPERMICRO MBD-X13SAE-F-B Motherboard.
Im looking for suggestions on a brand to go with?

Hynix? Samsung? Crucial? All good choices.

The safe answer would be “whatever’s on Supermicro’s QVL”, but I don’t usually pay much attention to that.
