You need to go to the admin UI of Nextcloud, install Nextcloud office if not already done, install Collabora via TrueNAS apps, and then configure Nextcloud office to use that Collabora instance.
Hello and thank you for helping out with this, I don’t see any app called Nextcloud office, in the Nas app store not sure if it’s a different name maybe
No, that’s an app inside Nextcloud.
Not in TrueNAS UI, but rather in the Nextcloud admin panel, as @pmh said.
Relevant part from the official documentation:
https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/office/example-docker.html#configure-the-app-in-nextcloud
I am in the Nextcloud app and I don’t see any way to install any apps sorry
Thank you Dan I found the menu but kinda lost what to do next as far as configuring
I do have Collabora installed on my Nas but not sure how to configure it
Not sure were I need to install Nextcloud office from, Think I understand now were to install it from let me try
Sorry this is my first time having a Nas Server this is all new
This is already a Nextcloud question and not a NAS one, anymore. You installed Nextcloud and Collabora, apparently. Good. NAS part is done.
Now you need to go to the Nextcloud administration menu and configure Nextcloud office to use your Collabora instance.
I think were the confusion is coming from for me is between the admin UI and the Nextcloud admin panel. none the less I am trying to configure the
Nextcloud office to use my Collabora instance but not sure if I know how to complete this
This is the screen shot I was able to take but from here I 'm not sure what to do. Thanks for any help with this
Someone wrote a guide for the collabora integration
