Nextcloud upgrade fail after update to EE, major version skipped?

I did update Nextcloud on TrueNAS 24.04.02, which broke the app. I then found out that I need to change the postgres version to 17, but this option is only visible in EE (TrueNAS 24.10). So I did update TrueNAS to 24.10, changed the Postgres to 17, Nextcloud, after a long time, manage to run but is stuck in maintenance et request an update. The DB migration was done apparently, it’s now on 17. I have also migrate the user data to the separate folder as recommanded.
But now I cannot use Nextcloud because by doing all of this I skipped 2 nextcloud versions I guess. So doing the upgrade in occ give me this error:

Exception: Updates between multiple major versions and downgrades are unsupported.

I tried to boot back to 24.04 but Nextcloud fail to start there, I guess because of the DB migration and user data migration.

Any idea how I can save the situation?

Reup for visiblity and additional thoughts.

I tried to rollback all snapshot related to nextcloud and then boot back to TrueNAS 24.04.02 to try the intermediary update. But Nextcloud never run in 24.04.02. Back to 24.10 it runs again, but stuck on the upgrade process like before.
Next idea was to install a new instance of the previous Nextcloud version, 30, as my install is in 29 and TrueNAS push it to 31 without properly updating to 30. But I cannnot choose a pervious version from the version list at install, only the laltest is available.
How can I load the previous version image and install it? I tried to tag it but it’s not finding it, in the ix-app repo there is only one version, the latest one. History should be somewhere to pick, right?
