I only see the ZFS size in the analytics. Is this normal?

It’s been gone since the reporting Backend switched to netdata and that was over a year ago

What is the best way to check it now then? just using arc_summary in the cli?

yes, or install the nedata app. It should let you connect to the reporting backend and display the arc stats.
