NVME Shared storage for proxmox - best practises (NVME)

Hi,
I’m moving a 3-host esxi-cluster over to Proxmox.
At the same time, I’m replacing our old Qnap NAS to a truenas -unit.
The truenas (Scale 25.04) is built upon a HPE DL360gen9. Bios is newest. CPU Xeon E5-2640v4 with 256GB of ram.
OS is installed on two generic, mirrored SSD’s - using the P440ar in HBA mode.
For storage I have two Intel P4600 2TB HHHL cards.
These are mirrored. Using default settings, I’m getting about 870MBps with dd from /dev/zero to a file on the dataset.
This falls short from what I’m expecting - I’m looking for somewhere around 1,5GBps to saturate the 10G storage network.

As this nas will be a shared storage, I’d like to use NFS for proxmox (not zfs over iscsi).
At the moment I’m having real trouble with the performance of windows guests.

What would the recommended settings for a dataset be with a NVME-mirror?
