Pool reset needed after a reboot

After I migrated from Core to Scale I had/have the following issue.
When ever the PC that host TrueNAS is rebooted, I need to manually unset and reset the pool for the Apps to work.
I thought maybe after another Scale update it will correct itself. I just upgraded from v23 to v24 and I still need to manually reset the pool for the apps to work.
