Yes but given the current prices of ~ 20 TB drives it’s debatable if using a plethora of 2 TB drives is the way to go.

I also have 3 spare empty drives in the system to silver to if there was a failure i think,

I’ll check in again tomorrow but to me it looks like three drives already faulted and the spares are already beeing used here.

Last I checked 4TB drives were no longer economic. Not even factoring in power/bay cost etc.

2TB I suspect are even worse

And I wonder if at the 2TB level QLC SATA SSD (like Samsung qvo) may even be competitive.
