Problem with gptid

Hi, i have a big problem with a RAID5, one disk is broken i think, and replacing this disk a broke the controller of other disk :frowning:

i had another disk same chars that was broken a time ago, but when i change controller from the disk that i broke, truenas find it as a new disk and not a part of pool .

i need that this disk is part of pool, because if not, i will lose all my data, this was a 5 disk raid , and with one without controller and other failing, when i try to mount pool it give me I/O error :frowning:
Any idea?

Thanks!!
