Does it give you the option to update to 25.10.3 under Early Adopter? If so, update and then select General after that.

Yes that’s expected. Get to 25.10.3, then once on 25.10.3 you can choose “General” and stay there.
General means having patience. It also means very few bugs, and no critical ones.
Would that it were half as easy to get on track as to fall off. Ideally: to do so on any calendar date.
I have 25.10.2.1 and still don’t have general channel. 25.10.4 marked as general.
25.10.2 & 25.10.2.1 never hit GA status due to too many issues. Feel free to update to 25.10.4 and then make sure to change to the GA Train
