Hello Guys,
Looking to host some of the services on my own hardware. These would be Immich, Home Assistant, Dashboard, AdGuard, VPN, Torrenting, Plex/Jellyfin, DNS server, some other apps and PXE Boot server. I prefer PCIe 4.0 lanes and 1U mini form factor or max 1U. Also, i’m not sure how much storage i would need but do prefer redundant boot drives for maximum uptime.
Any recommendations or similar setup?

I recommend not putting network critical services layered in containers or VMs running on your file server.
Too many things can and do go wrong and you never want to be without your DNS services for longer than you absolutely need to. Might be applicable to the PXE server depending on what you are network booting. About the only thing worse than putting a DNS server layered like that would be putting a software based router there.

Does this question even have anything to do with TrueNAS?
