You need to revert back to 24.10.0 because 24.10.0.1 has a major bug - people are reporting:

  • Crashes
  • Slow UI
  • Pools not mounting
  • SMB problems

or Update to 24.10.0.2 which should have the fix for the problem and was released late last night.

The 24.10.0.2 has a single fix for an SMB problem. It is unclear whether this fixes all the reported problems e.g. reboots, pools not mounting etc. or just the SMB symptom.

Personally I would revert to 24.10.0 for now and wait and see what problems are reported by users who install the .0.2 version.

But I suppose you could try the 24.10.0.2 and revert to 24.10.0 if you continue to have reboots.

Correct, we are hearing 24.10.0.2 fixes these issues, please update if you haven’t yet.
