[Solved] Cannot find Transcoding options in Jellyfin Playback settings

I installed the Jellyfin app v10.11.4 on Truenas 25.04.2.6. I enabled GPU configuratiion passthrough, I checked in the Jellyfin container and /dev/dri/renderD128 exists.

However in the Jellyfin Playback settings I cannot find the transcoding section as here below:

cannot understand what the matter is.

There are two menus called ‘playback’. one in the player context and a totally different one in the dashboard context. Ux design is apparently hard.

Click the top left ‘hamburger’ icon (3 horizontal lines) > dashboard > ‘hamburger’ > playback > transcoding

Thanks floz, it’s a bit embarrassing such stupid mistake.

Now I enabled, if I run intel_gpu_top I see the load in Render/3D more than 60% and Video more than 40% but strange enough I do not see any benefit for the CPU, it increased instead.

If I do not use hardware acceleration the load is 50% fix, if I use it the load goes up and down from 50 to 55%. I expected to see it decreasing, how is it possible?
